as you walk through the dark and damp;
and feel the grass bend beneath your feet
along the path you chose long ago
and could never seem to get off
it is littered with bad choices
sadness and regret
you have always tried to get off, get out
but it draws you back with a golden tounge
and for the first time in a long time
you look up at the sun
let it bathe you, surround you with heat
melting your frozen heart
giving you the strength to open your eyes
and finally see

love from hate
people from there own evil
what happened from what could have happened
children from adults
life from death

thunder rumbles as lightning flashes. the wind is howling, whispering, singing to the grave as sleet and hail fall onto cars and houses. your outside, shaking, but not because of the cold. the cloudy night covers your view of a full moon and stars. the only light for miles is the glare in your enemy's eyes. the cold and damp seem to be seeping through your skin, poisoning your bones, weakening your stength, stopping even your heart.

i'm not very good. well, it's a start.

oh the sadness, oh the greif.
when you've lost everything,
the world seems to spin.
heavy with your tears,
your eyes are creating rainfall.
your soul seems to be holding it's breath,
waiting for your life, or your death.

we were all made tothink;
to think, to dream, to wonder
wonder wonder and wonder
about what's possible?
what's real?
what can we accomplish?
