I have no clue... isn't it just gibberish? Most of the A.L.L. stuff is gibberish, as far as I know.

It doesn't have a meaning. Thats why it's supposed to be funny. Kinda like in iCarly, when Wade Collins would say "hobknocker". It's not a real word but they acted like it was. Thats whats funny about it.
