I liked it, there were some funny parts. But it got off to a really slow start and some of Ferrel's jokes come up short. I thought his random outbursts were good for a laugh, but there wasn't much substance in the rest of the jokes (with the exception of the poker scene). As far as ferrell's movies go, I would put it at par with Talledega Nights, but a far cry from Anchorman and Elf.

It definitely comes third behind Anchorman and Talladega Nights. If the whole thing was at the level of the Poker scene, then it could have reached joint second. I'm holding out for Stepbrothers, that should do well....
