I don't think they'll officially get back together in the S2 finale but I have a feeling that something significant will happen for them. (Maybe she'll announce that she's separating from Carl or something along those lines.)

I honestly think that they will get together in NY. I think the Carl will hit the road around Regionals, therefore giving time for Will and Emma to rekindle and have tons of sexual tension, leading up to an epic reunion :)
