Werewolves Question

Hey! I was wondering about the 'werewolves' in the Twilight saga, are they animagus or a werewolf?

Since an animagus can change whenever it wants, and a werewolf can only change at full moon.

I was more thinking about the animagus in Harry Potter, since Sirius can change whenever he want, and it seems like the 'werewolves' does in Twilight.

in harry potter they can whenever they want, but in twilight they can whenever to, but sometimes they cant control it, like what happened to Emily's face

in harry potter sirius and harrys father also did a spell to make them become those things so they really arent animagus
