``move out``Romavo ordered to his squad,as they moved through the hives gates each one of the troopers viewing the destruction and bodies of dead imperial citizens and planetary defense guard,a pdg[planetary defense guard]lurched out towards them,``are you alright``it moaned and grabbed a guardsman and started biting him,the guardsman screamed as the zombie ravaged him and a bolt round entered the zombies head blowing brains of the squad as more zombies rose up and their sergeant shouted ``open fire``and las fire opened up but to little effect while their commissiar shouted ``go for the head``which started working and in less than 5 minutes the gates were secure with the loss of three men out of 3 squads.all they had to do now was wait for reinforcements thought Romavo.he stood up and looked towards the buildings to see more zombies,``positions``Romavo shouted to his squad who promptly opened fire ``purge the unclean`` their commissiar shouted while Romavo glanced to his right ``frakk``he shouted``left flank,left flaank``as a heavy bolter opened fire shredding 5 of the enroaching zombies while the second squad on his left flank had been engaged in close combat and were in the midst of being eaten alive while one trooper ran the other way but was brought down by the commissiars bolt pistol ``keep holding,support is enroute``as he carved a zombie in half with his power sword and then Romavo heard a ship pass over his head and the zombies assailing the vanguard were torn apart by heavy bolter and missile fire and then Romavo was flung back by an explosion.the last sight he saw before blacking out was chimeras coming through the gates.
