if a man kills 13 people, why should he live life in prison where he gets 3 square meals a day, a bed and athletic area, while the family of the dead cry and cant sleep at night. i do believe that its cruel but its called fair treatment. people shouldnt commit murder and complain about their punishment

It's hypocritical to kill someone for killing someone. However, sometimes it is necessary to kill in order to save more people. Like if a murderer is on the run, and you aren't able to capture them, you would shoot rather than let them go free and kill some more.

To me, if a person kills another human being or multiple people, they should get the penality. I also think that if a person rapes a person, especially a child or is cruel to animals, they should definitely get the death penalty. I also agree with the commenters above me.
