Ahhh Harry Potter used to be my favourite but since I found Twilight (Almost a month ago now, aahhhh) it has over ruled everything else! I do still love HP though, Just not as much as my obsession of Twilight!

i totally agree with saul- its only been a couple months but now i'm totally consumed to a level that never existed with harry potter. hp still great, twilight just a little better.

HARRY POTTER!!!!! as much as i love twilight is just like this new obsession since hp. if i went through both at the same time i know it would be hp. i mean hp is like the universe and twilight is a sun. or something like that. harry potter for LIFE!!!!!

This question has already been asked but HP was winning.. & i told them the same thing i'm going to say here...There IS more twilight fans than Hp ones.. i don't have the proof w/ me .. but it's true.. whoever wants to belive then Cool! & whoever doesn't them it's cool 2! i can't change ur opinion or your mind.. untill you get the proof.. but i'm am not about to get myself half killed to get it again..lol!

I love harry potter but edward and bella are more interresting and i just looooooove them!

The Harry potter books are good it's just most people are outgrowing them and I think the Twilight series might appeal to a slightingly older audience then Harry potter does. And because I love the Twilight books more than any other book I have read before.

I love Harry Potter...but Twilight is my fix now! We still have at least 2 books to go with Twilight. Harry Potter is done, but still has a small place in my heart.

I like the Harry Potter series and was a junkie...waiting in line all night for the first book releases. Now I'm totally converted to Twilight. I'm sorry, but Vampires have always been an obsession of mine and to add the romance and the brilliant writing to the mix??? TWILIGHT HANDS DOWN!!!!

I love the Twilight series, don't get me wrong... but I just feel like the plots were better developed in the HP series. *shrug*

Okay this is a really tough question and although I picked twilight I am also a fanatic about Harry Potter!! I honestly think that you can love both series!! They are two completely different plots and each gives the reader a sense of different worlds and they are both great works in there own ways!! J.K Rowling and Stephenie Meyer are both colorful and brillant writers they each have touched me with their writing and should never be compared to each other neither is better or worse than the other!! They have brought two beautiful and poignant series to life!!! They each inspire me and have helped me to realise that I myself want to join them in novel history and for that they are my fae writers so long live Harry Potter and Twilight!!!

I'm so sorry Harry but I'm glad you're losing out to a series as great as Twilight. I will always love you though (book wise)!!

I like Twilight. I LOVED Harry Potter.
HP has been a part of my life for 7 years! I actually cared about the characters in HP. With Twilight, I read it, and a year later the final book came out. I'm going to get attacked, but I never really cared that much for any of the characters. Plus, when it comes to final books- Deathly Hallows totally beat Breaking Dawn.

I like both, but there really isn't any comparison since neither of these have anything to do with the other. I hate picks like this one. They're always so one-sided, on both spots.

Twilight is okay. Its not the best. I think HP is better because JK Rowling really created this world, this beautiful fantasy world with plots that were so well sewn together. It was full of brilliance. Total brilliance. Many people found it boring because they didn't bother to actually try to comprehend it. Most people like the love story type thing blah blah blah. Frankly I find the storyline for twilight, kind of, weak... But see, HP wasn't just a series like Twilight. It was more. It had everything. If you really took the time to actually understand the books and re read them, you'd appreciate them just as much as most of you love twilight. And no offense but twilight isn't as great as it looks. I thought when I was first going to read it that, oh, this looks like a really good book series, yet, since i read hp before twilight, i felt a little disappointed. It wasn't the OMG i was expecting. Its a good book-decent enough but, don't get me wrong but i think some people are a little melodramatic when it comes to just how good this book is. Twilight I think will eventually fade while Potter continues to burn as a never ending ember.
