It's so addictive! =)

Actually i was hooked when i read the back cover!! :)

The beginning pages weren't the part that got me hooked. At first I thought it sounded kinda cheesy, but after a couple of chapters, my curiousity took over, and I devoured the book in less than a day. The rest of the book is what got me hooked.

I guess I'd already gotten too many spoilers and I already knew what I was going to read. It's good to know that Jacob doesn't like Bella asking after him! Go JAKE!!

The thing is that whenever I pick up a book, I really get into it. So the moment I started reading it I knew there was no turning back.

No... even now I skip to when she sees the Cullens for the first time in the Cafeteria. THAT got me hooked.

I wasn't really taken by the first few pages at all. It took me a little while to fully get into it.

My friend let me borrow her copy on a holiday break, and I didn't read it (it was two weeks) I only got to the first page....
I actually read it maybe three months later.

I needed to know who the hunter was! lol

hmmmm But do you count the quote as the first page because if so then my anawer is still yes! lol

Twilight it one of those series where you literally can't put the book down.. they're so good and addicting.. :D

The first page was OK! But I kept reading on because my friend said it was sooo good but then I got hooked on it on like the 2nd page! HAHAH!=)

I didn't really like the book at all the first time I read it, let alone the first page. When I read it again a year later along with the two after it, I was hooked. Maybe it was because I didn't find Edward very likeable. dunno. Vampires have always majorly creeped me out, whether they're "vegetarians" or not. ;)

Honestly, it took me about a 100 pages to get into the book and then I couldn't put it down. The first page was at least interesting...but it still took a while. While I like Stephanie Meyers writing now, I didn't at first. It's the story that got me interested. I LOVE the story of Bella and Edward.

Her voice reached out to me and grabbed me by the neck so I couldn't move away from the story (with a strength like Edward's)or put the book down. I finished it all within a day. 8 am to 8 pm.

I actually thought the first book was just okay... but I read the rest of the series to be able to keep up with my friends who are obsessed. The second and third book are much, much better than the first.

It was boring as hell, to be perfectly honest.
