True Blood really doesnt focus on the "true love" part...its not as "deep" or "emotional" as Twilight. But I do think Vampire Bill is cute..for an older vampire!

No i don't think they match at all except for the vampire love human thing.

I admit that they have some similarities like the vampires and the shape shifters...but they are aimed at different age groups first of all and they go in completely different directions so in the end I dont think they are alike. :)

twilight is better than true blood

They have nothing in common apart from both having Vampires, Werewolves/Shifters. The vampires aren't even the same because they can't go out in the sunlight and you can stake them. Besides you can't say that it copy's Twilight because its based on books that were out before Twilight.
