After I got out the shower, I got ready to go to the gym. I went out into the living room to find everyone gone except Leah. She looked at me when I came in.
"They went out to get some food." She said to me.
"Oh,Okay. I was on my way to the gym and I have to pick up Tala on the way. Do you wanna come?" I asked her. She shook her head yes and grabbed her purse. I left a note for Seth on the coffee table and headed out.
I sent Leah out of the car to get Tala from the house. I watched from the window as she jumped into Yeahs arms and got carried back to the car. Leah buckled her in and I pulled away.

I was working on a new combination for my class when Leah bust in with Tala in her arms. She looked at me with panic on her face.
"What's wrong?" I asked her and walked over to her.
"It's your Dad." She said. Tears brimming her eyes. "He's in the hospital." I gasped, grabbed my things and ran out to my car, Leah following behind me. Once we were in the car and Tala was buckled in safely. I pulled off and called Seth. He answered on the first ring.
"Seth, I need you to pack us some bags and call the airlines." I said...He didn't even get to say hello.
"I'm already on it... I'll see you in a few." He said. I hung up, when we got in front of my building. I honked the horn twice. Seth came out, with bags in his hands. Everyone else following. He threw the stuff in the trunk. I got out and he gave me a hug.
"Everyone else is going to drive up their tomorrow." He said and got into the drivers seat. I climbed into the backseat and took Tala Out her booster seat and held her to my chest. She looked up at me as Seth speed down the road.
"Is Grampa gonna be okay Momma?" She asked me. I held her tighter.
"I hope so Sunshine, I hope so." I told her and she wiped the tears from my face.
