Chapter 2 - Playful
The soft, cool breeze stirred my hair. I purred in contentment – not wanting to open my eyes, though I’m fully awake now. I’m sure Aunt Alice would come – barreling, anytime soon. I rolled on my back hugging my pillow.
A light shone directly on my face.
“Uncle Emmett, quit it” I complained as I buried my face with my pillow. “Don’t you think its way too early for practical jokes?” I demanded, my voice muffled by the pillow. I’m sure my goofy uncle could still hear me clearly.
The light shone relentlessly, now making my arm, which holds my pillow, warm. I growled playfully under the pillow, preparing to attack my favorite Uncle who thrilled to games like this one. Of course we only horse around when Mom’s not looking. She cringed in horror when she caught Uncle Emmett and me wrestling after school when I was sixteen years old.
I don’t blame her. Uncle Emmett is huge, scary-looking and quite thoughtless but underneath it all, he’s a ball of mush especially towards me. He wouldn't dare hurt a single strand of my curly hair intentionally. Thoughtlessly, carelessly - well, maybe. I laughed at the thought. But of course, me getting hurt has yet to happen. Besides, Uncle Jasper was always there, cheering me on but carefully assessing Uncle Emmett's emotions. He's afraid my playful Uncle might get carried away and hurt me in the process. We usually do this when Aunt Alice and Aunt Rose is out shopping, Grandpa carlisle at the hospital, Grandma Esme busy in the kitchen and my parents preoccupied - er,you know, lovebirds (remember?)
I like the tough Uncle Emmett better compared to the ball of mush, of course. I liked the fact that he’s the only one who doesn’t treat me like a porcelain doll. I know though, that he cares for me enough that he could crush someone with just his fingers if that someone tried to hurt even just the tips of my fingers.
“Don’t go breaking my niece’s heart, mutt. I’ll gladly rip your tail off.” He would always threaten Jacob.
Jacob simply rolls his eyes at him - always - as Uncle Jasper - always - stared at him menacingly, hands on his hips.
Jake got the not so subtle message, I'm sure.
Hurt our niece or else...
The light became warmer, pulling me out of my happy thoughts.
“You asked for this.” I growled and sprang from the bed – only to find myself alone. And not in my room.
I gasped.

Okay... maybe I was going completely phscyo- loving, crap over Renesssme....... anyway, I found a true human girl...{okay I truly do know if she is a werewolf monster like me.. except I wouldnt call her a monster, perhaps a beautiful transforming warewolf babe..]as I would think she was.. I haven't knowned alot about her completely like everything... but a little chunk of information about her, like: she loves it when I tickle her back, she loves the tribal food that the pack and I make her...] stuff like that makes her go all up on me[kissing and all that.. well, you get what I'm trying to say} I find it very awsome when she does... she likes it when I let her sit on my lap, and drive my volkeswagon rabbit around the old dirt road. We've been a couple for over almost a year....
The Cullens house
Nessie's POV
It was a few minutes later that dad had walked, I gave him a weak smile, "Dad... can I ask you something?" I whisperd. "Sure! whatcha wanna ask?"
"Well, Jacob he umm asked me out on friday, do you think I can go?" I watched him, His smile dropped and his amber eyes turned to coal black. "No...It's..." But he didnt finished he just shook his head and walked away. "Dad!" I shouted and ran forward, I caught him by the sleve and spun him around. "Why???????" I asked. "No Ness! Vampires and Werwolfs are forbidded to love!!!! You may never see that boy agian! Okay?!" He shouted, I have never seen him get so angry before... My face turned into a pout then a sad face, Tears poured out my eyes, I pushed past him and ran up to my room

People wonder how I feel about being able to predict the future. Is it fun? Is it a curse?
Sometimes I stand for hours looking outside my window trying to figure out a way to prevent what I see as inevitable. The sun sets, then after a while, rises again. I still stand there, motionless, thinking, wondering.
Finally, I grab my scarf, wrap it around my neck, then go out with a smile and see my beloved standing there waiting for me,patiently. Jasper knows my turmoil.
I've learned to hide most of my emotions so those closest to me can't always see the dark clouds in my eyes as I see a vision. My smile hides alot. So, is it fun? No, but it's a gift that I hope I can use to help those that I love.
