I'd have to say cullens but salvatore brothers are up there on my list!!!1

This question is not entirely fair, because there are only TWO men in the Salvatore family, while there are FOUR men and FIVE women in the Cullen family.
But I have to choose, I'd say the Cullens, because as much as I love Damon, the Cullens are incredible. They're such a great family, and the boys are definitely hot, and the girls are beautiful.
