It's an amazing series.
You should really read it, you'll fall in love with it - I promise.
And 'The Host' by Stephanie Meyer.

i dont know if you've read them but The Vampire Diaries and the add ons The Return: Nightfall,

The Secret Circle is alright, Nightworld, Wicca is ok too.

The House of Night novels. :D They're awesomeee! There are five so far, and they've got vampires in them, but they aren't that similar to Twilight. (:

i havnt read any other books in a long time-i love books but i doesnt seem right not to read twilight saga if u no wot i mean lol so im stuck with them-(thats actually a really good thing) and also my mags, but b4 that i loved my sister jodie by jw, ummm 13 treasures by...im nt sure ill find out...and stuff about vamps like the vampire diaries :) hope this helps

Shiver, by Maggie Stirefvater, VERY good.

Elsewhere if you like anime check out Vampire Knight, The Thief Lord, Marked, Generation Dead series and Maximum Ride series i hear it was good

If you really enjoy vampire stories, there are many great series out there: House of Night, Vampire Academy, Blue Bloods. Bloodlines, the next series from Vampire Academy writer Richelle Mead, comes out in August.

Other books: If I Stay and Where She Went, by Gayle Forman, are my favorites right now. There also Before I Fall, Matched, and The Hunger Games series.
