Men can repurdouce sperm at any time. The sperm is inside a male at birt. Women don't release thier egg until thier monthly cycle. Rose, Alice, and Esme can't have thier monthly cycle which stops them from becoming pregnant. Men can produce sperm at anytime.
Because Stephanie Meyer doesn't know where babies come from! No seriously its impossible for edward to "have sex", he doesn't have a blood flow, let alone get Bella preggers. So ridiculous.

On Bella's prof. on Myspace writes that she doesn't know that vampires can reproduce...I really ,really don't know...:D:D
considering that men dont change monthly, they just stay the same their whole life, Edward still had his "little swimmers" so yeah...but women vamps cant have babys cause their body needs to be able to change for the baby and vampires cant change.
well thats a great question but in the book they had sex a few times and she went looking for something nad found the tampa boxs that alice packed for her and then she started to think when the wedding was and that she should be on her period but she was so edward got her pregent thats were Renesmee came from.
