It's just at the same time when Edward stares at Bella when he saves her from Tyler's car.
It continues while he jups Bella's truck to run away from there and then the camera focuses on Bella and all her friends (and other students and professors) come to see how is her.

And finally it beggins again starting the hospital scene when Charlie enters to see how's Bella and then doesn't sound more.
