I know that a lot of people (especially the ladies) love Robert Pattinson, think he is a wonderful actor, and think that he is just downright handsome! But do you really think that he was good for the part of Edward Cullen?

I cannot imagine another actor to play Edward. Of course, no one man is the most beautiful person in the world, but Rob is one of them I think.

And really, looks isn't the only thing that makes you beautiful. It's your heart and how you are as a person.

Now, I've said this many times before, but I shall say it again. Rob, to me, is beautiful. Looks set aside, he's beautiful. He's got a beautiful soul and heart. He's very passionate about the things he loves and he's got a great personality!

Maybe he's not your perfect Edward Cullen. But he's how I imagined Edward.

PS. We can't say Twilight was known for the best acting, but New Moon is round 2. They know what they're in for, and I'm sure they'll give it all they've got!

Honestly, people are making him out to be like this God, when he's not THAT great of an actor. He's good, but nothing like they're making him out to be.

And honestly, I don't find him "sexy." I find him a little bit over average. He's nowhere near the level of attractiveness that Edward was described as in the books. I do think he plays Edward well, but I think it's ridiculous that people are treating him like the next Johnny Depp.

So overall, I thought he played Edward pretty well, but if I was the casting director, he wouldn't have been my first option....or my second. He can play the emotional parts well, he's just not what I imagined Edward to be like.

P.S. Flame me all you want, it won't change my opinion.

EWW he is NOT hot!in real life he is sooooo ugly! in the movie he is hot cuz he sparkles lol not really he is just to pale but in the movies there is like mmm different lighting its like blue green and it not my tv cuz it brand new

I do think rob fits the part her look just like how stephine discribed edward .

I liked the movie the first time I saw it, and that was the reason I decided to read the books and I think they're much better than the movie, but If I hadn't seen the movie, I hadn't read the books. And I love robert pattinson, I like his smile soooo much <3 and he's a nice person. ^.^ I can't imagin a better actor for that character.

Oh I definitely think he is just PERFECT for this role. I mean he's a great actor and he's really handsome and he was soo good Edward in the movie. I can't imagine somebody else to play Edward.I'm very glad they chose Rob :)

ummm..well i can't say if he's a wonderful actor or that i love him for that matter..but he was pretty good in twilight..but i think that there could have been another actor that could have done it better than him...he wasn't exactly the edward i had in mind..no physically but the person edward is..i think it would have been coo if they had henry cavill..stephenie's first choice..that would have been interesting..too bad he was too old.

Well, I don't really think that Robert Pattinson was the perfect Edward Cullen. Robert is handsome. But he is not as beautiful as Edward. - I agree with the person who said that beauty is about more than the looks, but Edward is described as extraordinary beautiful in both ways - and Robert Pattinson is not extraordinary beautiful, just very handsome. Well, that's what I think.
