I think that Edward was still a virgin before he met Bella because Edward believes in virtues and also he grew up in a time where people didn't believe in sex before marriage. He also says in the book that he never felt any affection for any other girl before Bella. Therefore that means he still had his virginity.

didnt u even ask dis question???.......anyways...like i said....read eclipse...tanya may have had interest, buh n othing happened b/c like edward was all like dark and lonely before he met bella..he thought he was a monster.....and he also said that bella is the first and only person that he expresses interest in her romantically.....read eclipse....chapter compromise when bella ask him that to marry him and wants dem to make love and they have this long conversation about it and in that chapter he says all he has left is his virtue.....wait. did u even read all the books anyways......???
