Why doesn't Bella love Jacob as much as he love her?

Because you can't control who you fall in love with.
Bella loves Edward.
She loves Jacob too, but as you see in the end of the series, it's a love that fades.
Edward and her love is permenent.
Here is why I think that Edward and Bella were meant to be together:
Though I love Jacob (like Bella says, when he takes off his "mask"), Edward and Bella's love is why they should be together forever.
Because no matter how good you think Jacob and her together, she could never be truely, fully, all the way happy with him.
And how would it be far to Jacob or Bella that Jacob wold always be her second choice?
Even if if was years later, and she had kids with him and they were both old, if Edward came back, she would've dropped everything and chased after him.
She would always feel a little dead inside, even if Jacob helped hold her together she'd probably have the nightmares for the rest of her life, have to cluch at her chest when she thought of her almost family.
She would never be complete.
Plus; Jacob can be a pushy, obnoxious, jerk.
Though he is a good person, he was just young and in a lot of pain, so he was lashing out.
But Bella would never have been fully happy without Edward.
Think of it this way: should Juliet, when she found Romeo dead in the tumb, have just walked out and married Paris? Like Bella said, if she was best friends with Paris?
No.
Because she loved Romeo so much that she never could have been with anyone else; she was about to give up her home, family, friends, and she didn't even care becaus she'd have him.
Love is a crazy thing, and it makes us do crazy things.

cuz he inpressioned on her so all he sees it her like how bella sees only Edward ..till Jacob kissed her for the second time then sparks went flying like on the 4th of July but if bella is to dumb to not love jake then I will be glad to cuz who doesn't like a hot werewolf??? :) <33333333 him!!!! or when quil imprinted on a two year old LOL !!!!

because she loved edward more and even though she did love jake it wasnt enough and he came inn at a good time and bad time he wnts to love her when edward left so even though he helpd her she still got edward and was joyfull to c her trueluv again

She is in love with Edward. Bella is more atracked to Edward than Jacob. Bella does love Jacob but not in that way.

I believe that Bella does not love Edward enough! After all that he's done for her, and after he goes out of his way to protect her, she goes and falls in love Jacob the moment he's gone. What a jerk! What does Bella see in Jacob anyway? He is a cocky,obnoxious idiot, and wants her to stop loving Edward! Also, he treats all the vampires in Edward's family rudely, even after Carlisle helps jacob when he's injured. What the hell! I am so pissed off. If Edward even gave me the time of day, I would never even look at any other guy again. If Edward left me, I'd be even more determined to never fall in love again. After all if Edward were my first love, why should I fall in love again, to be heart broken again! Sorry Jacob lovers, that's just how I feel!

She doesn't love him that way because he is a jerk and all he cared about was killing Edward and he didn't care if it hurt Bella. He just wanted to make sure Edward was out of the picture. Jacob didn't care that Bella loved him. He only thought about himself
