well for starters he left because edward was the reason that bella was always in danger like when they met James well at least edward thought that and thats why he left. and when he left he thought that there would be no more danger for bella but he was wrong!! overall the answer is that Edward didnt know that Bella would be like that when he left. he thought she would move on but again he was wrong!!But we all still love him!! TEAM EDWARD
i thik he didnt want to leave her and he didnt have a choice but to but i think he wouldnt leave her without pertection anyway and you now jacob likes her and he just might save the day!!!!and i think he had to leave to stop getting her in danger but he was wrong now that he is gone she has more trouble now!!!!
well, Edward left bella because he didnt want to hurt her anymore.He didnt know she would fall into a werewolves hands. He didnt know she would jump off a cliff because of him.Or try to kill herself just to hear his voice. but truthfully, he was hurting her even more ( mentally).
