when you contribute to the club. like add pics, links, picks, pop quiz questions and etc. people will rate and comment on ur stuff and boom, you get ur dedicated fan thingy. but it wont happen rite away so be patient.
I'm not sure I know the answer to this, but it happened to me when I added a certain amount of stuff to that spot. Like links or photos or articles. As to the actual amount of said things one needs, I still have no clue. Just add new info and pics as often as you can and it should give you something. Hope this helped some.
