Do you like Bella?

I dont understand why some people have a problem with Bella...first all there wouldnt be a story without her..lol...I loved Bella...she proved that a normal clumsy average girl whose parents were divorced could get 'the guy'...did she come off alittle unsure of herself and of Edwards feelings for her? Yes..but who wouldnt when staring into the eyes of an angel?...I loved that she took NOTHING for granted...I loved that she worried more about others than she did about herself...and I loved that she accepted Edward and his family as vampires and Jacob and his family as shapeshifters with no problem at all and that she loved them all no matter what their "species" was....and she held fast to her beliefs that her baby was going to survive even if it meant Bellas life...The only thing I didnt like about Bella was her low self worth...

I like Bella. I know she's done some pretty stupid and annoying stuff throughout the series, but I can't bring myself to hate her. Some of the reasons why I like her are because she's quiet, a little clumsy, she doesn't fit in or relate well to people her age, she likes reading, and she has a sarcastic sense of humor. It's easy for me to relate to her because of these traits.

I have to agree with Aurry about the kids approaching her when she was new at school, though. If I was her I would have been really happy that they took the time to introduce themselves and talk to me. But yeah, even though some of the things she did really annoyed me, I still like her.

No; I hate her for treating Jacob the way she did. I mean, he was there to comfort her whenever she needed it the most. But what does she do? She kicked him to the curb and ran back to Edward as fast as she could. She gets on my nerves! Oh, and not to mention the fact that she's so whiny! She expects everyone to do whatever she wants them to! Ugh! I can't stand her!

Well I do.. She ruined Twilight for me and most of my hate for the series comes from her. Sorry! Why do you like her? Isn't she rather mean?

I hated bella in the book coz she always acted like a bi*** leaving edward and going to jacob i mean when u have some1 like edward would u just throw that away and that disgusting actress kristien stewart made me hate her even more

And I think I liked her better before she was played by Kristen Stewart, because personaly I think Kristen Stewart is just a little weird, then again people could say the same thing about me.

I don't hate Bella, I just don't like her. In Twilight, when she just went to Forks High School, she was pointing out everyones flaws like she was superior. And when Edward got her this amazing car she complains. She's whiny. And she kisses another guy while she's engaged. What kind of girl is that?

No. I like Bella. I like her because she has flaws and isn't perfect like some story characters try to be. She gets on my nerves sometimes, but that doesn't mean I don't like her.

Well, there are moments in the books and the movies where I don't like her, but overall I would have to say that I do like her. I also like Kristen Stewart, but I am not sure if she was the best person for the role.
