Are Cullen and Malfoy real names??

Well i guess that Cullen and Malfoy could be real last names because its a last name cant last names kinda be anything...

Cullen is actually a popular name. There was a hockey star by the name of Cullen years back.

And Malfoy too, theoretically though I've never seen/heard firsthand experience with it.
