They're all hand drawn... If I catch anyone colouring over them, I will not be impressed.

coloring over is stealing and wrong. i nderstand how some people cant draw but that doesnt mean you can steal other peoples hard work for your enjoyment.
it takes hard work but by drawing your own you feel great after you see the outcome.

@sw65995: It would fall under Canadian copyright law because Fresh is a Canadian company.

These are the ONLY exceptions to Canadian copy right law:

Exceptions

Fair Dealing

R.S., 1985, c. C-42, s. 29; R.S., 1985, c. 10 (4th Supp.), s. 7; 1994, c. 47, s. 61; 1997, c. 24, s. 18.
Criticism or review

29.1 Fair dealing for the purpose of criticism or review does not infringe copyright if the following are mentioned:
(a) the source; and
(b) if given in the source, the name of the
(i) author, in the case of a work,
(ii) performer, in the case of a performer’s performance,
(iii) maker, in the case of a sound recording, or
(iv) broadcaster, in the case of a communication signal.
1997, c. 24, s. 18.
News reporting

29.2 Fair dealing for the purpose of news reporting does not infringe copyright if the following are mentioned:

(b) if given in the source, the name of the
(i) author, in the case of a work,
(ii) performer, in the case of a performer’s performance,

If you edit another person's artwork without consent from that person or company, you are infringing on their rights. It doesn't matter whether you've credited them, as long as you weren't granted permission to use it, you're still breaking the law. What you're saying only applies if you haven't edited the work of said person/company.

*sigh*
When are people gonna stop stealing and draw their own characters and be creative? I don't care if it's a color-over if people take the time to edit it. Mostly people only change the colors of their shirt; the rest is the same. You might as well just call it a makeover. :P

And you won't get better at drawing your own unless you try. You won't be able to draw very good from the start, but your not gonna get better unless you practice. When I started drawing my own OC's, they looked like shit; but atleast it's not a shitty Courtney color-over with two seconds of effort put into it. ...No offence :P

Also people can't say people who do colour overs because when I did colour overs alot I could draw very good
And I can still draw now but don't say "oh because you pracdiced."
I won't say I practiced I draw the same way I did when I did colour overs.

^if you draw your OCs, why have almost everything you posted been a colour over of someone else's work that you remove as soon as someone points it out :/
