“Of course, no good jobs are ever available around here…”
Katie, a 22 year old women mumbled to herself as she flipped through the job ads in the newspaper. Walking down the street, she gave a small sigh as she folded up the paper and tucked it into her back pocket and walked past a television store that let you watch the shows from the window.
“…So make sure to watch Total Drama Island, airing today! We’re going to put our contestants through some terrifying, CRAZY, and all around awesome stunts---“
She stopped, backtracked, and turned her attention to the T.V. that was advertising this ‘drama’ show. Normally she hated dramas and soap operas, but a drama show that had stunts? That was kind of awkward…
Chris Mclean, the host of the show, had just wrapped up his advertising, gave one more glamorous smile, and the commercial went off, leaving information about the show such as the time and the names of the contestants. But what really caught her eye was the small text at the bottom left corner of the screen:
’HELP NEEDED’
“Hm…seems like an interesting job. Maybe ill get to watch the stunts and paints sets or something!”
Katie smiled to herself as she thought about expressing her artistic ways. She plucked the paper from out of her pocket and started to flip through it again, finding the want ad for ‘Total Drama Island’. She quickly pulled out her cell phone and dialed the available number.
“Hello, Total Drama Island hiring committee. What do you want..”
A harsh, boot-camp instructor-like voice snapped at her. Katie’s hand pulled the phone away from her ear when the man answered, but she slowly returned it back and rubbed the back of her head.
“Uhm, yes, my name is Katie Felice…I was wondering if the job positions were still open.”
She asked in a meek voice. The man on the other line chuckled, and said smugly,
“You sound like a 12 year old. You sure you think your up for this job?”
“Why? What would I have to do?”
”Hm..we could always use more interns….but that’s a man’s job. Maybe you can be an assistant, but I can’t guarantee anything. Got a pen and paper on you?”
Katie scrambled for the newspaper and grabbed a pencil that was tucked behind her ear.
“Got’em”
“Alright, ill give you the address. Get here whenever you can, and Chris and I will interview you. The name’s Chef by the way.”
After she scribbled down the address, she thanked Chef and hung up, calling for a taxi.

Finally, she arrived at her destination. It was a huge island that seemed like quite a nice place (with the exception of a gigantic cliff in the distance). Chris had just finished getting all the campers on the dock, and was about to take the picture when the boat pulled up near the dock.
“Chris, I thought there were only 22 campers…”
A red-head boy with glasses pointed out as Katie got off the boat. Chris crossed his arms, and raised an eyebrow as the blonde girl turned towards the group.
“Yea…so did i….”
He mumbled, pulling out a walkie talkie.
“Yo! Chef! What the heck’s going on? There’s some blonde chick here when all the campers are already on the dock!”
Katie put her hands on her hips and glared at Chris.
“Hey, I’m not just some ‘blonde chick’, I have a name----“
She started, but Chris quickly interrupted,
“I’m sure you do. But quite frankly, I don’t care.”
Katie gave an aggravated sigh as she crossed her arms.
“That ‘blonde chick’ is probably that assistant I got off the phone with not to long ago. We’re going to interview her after you get the campers settled in…”
Chris smirked at Katie, putting the walkie talkie away into his pocket.
“Awesome. Fresh meat. This oughta be fun.”

As you may of have guessed by the title, you can already tell how much i hate Total Drama All Stars.
1. Do i even need to explain? This season is anything but worthy of being called a season!
2. Lightning is still the same as he was in season 4: putting sha in every sentence and still dumb as a rock
3. How is Sam even remotely considered an all star? Seriously! Wouldn't someone like Brick be a better choice? I'm not disputing Christian Potenza's choices for who he picked to be in season 5, but still, wouldn't Brick of have been a better option?
4. The cast in general is disappointing. I know i'm going to get a lot hate for this, but hear me out. This is the reason that this season did not meet any of my exceptations.
5. Not only has nothing changed about Lightning, but the same can be said for Scott. What i mean is his fear of Fang remains unchanged.
