Why does everyone have a dA?

I've seen a bunch of you "artists" having an account there.
Umm..ever realize that editing over paint isn't art?
Just pointin' that out there.
So the thing is, most of you guys aren't fckn artists. If anyone has acutal art, post it here. That'd be appreciated.

I don't put my draws cuz i don't have scanner. And painted-overs is the best i can do.

If you try and color over other people's art and post it on Deviantart, you're going to get flamed (aka spammed with hate messages, yelled at by people, and even have your account suspended/deleted by the staff of Deviantart for arttheft :> ).

I draw all my stuff. I had a Deviantart before i got a fanpop >v>' If you try and color over other people's art and post it on Deviantart, you're going to get flamed (aka spammed with hate messages, yelled at by people, and even have your account suspended/deleted by the staff of Deviantart for arttheft :> ). Color overs arent exact appreciated either. They all get sent to te scraps section of your gallery :> So yea. Drawing's your best bet ;p

And I post abosolutely nessuno of my color-overs on that acount. I used to when I was obsessed with the chipmunks, but I deleted those already.
I prefer to post my things on dA because I can choose to not let people be able to downlod it on its own little image link, while on here it is possible for it to get stolen.

There are mean people on Deviantart, hm? Yes, there are mea people on Deviantart but have you seen Fanpop? It's not exactly the happiest website created, my friend. Fights happen and people are mean no matter where you are. And not all people come up to you on Deviantart and say "YOU SUCK." And if they are mean, at least theres the benefit on deviantart is that you can BLOCK people that are bothering you. Plus it's SO much easier to avoid people if they're bothering you. If you stick around the TDI spot, its hard to avoid people because fights litter this spot like its no tommorow. True, there are fights on Deviantart, but alot of them are because people just color over screencaps from TDA or anything for that matter, and also color over other artist's art. There are plenty of kind people on Deviantart, you just need to know where to look and know what to post and what not to post. So the end of my point is pretty much just that there are mean people everywhere, even here, so dont bash Deviantart and call it stupid, because it's an amazing website for its own amazing reasons. Im done.
