Why are people saying that there are only 14 episodes in season 5?

Okay, so I was doing some research on Wikipedia and I found the image below. It was episode 4/95...is that all of the episodes just put together? Is like a really long season? I'm so confused. If anyone could help me out, it'd be great.

Oh, and also, just a random fact, but I was on Tom McGills' Twitter and he said the season will premiere sometime in September for America and January for Canada.

13 or 14 episodes have been confirmed for season 5 by Christian Potenza, the voice actor of Chris. Apparently, season 5 Part 1 will be 13 or 14 episodes, and then Part 2 will be another set of episodes with a new cast. And now there is news of a 6th season in the works.

I don't really get the whole 4/95 thing on the script......maybe it is the 4th episode of season 5 and there are 95 total, or that fraction is symbolic to that particular episode.
