Because, you know, saving someone from possibly DROWNING is mean and you should never do that. You should also never comfort someone when they're being separated from their best friend. Yep, definitely the meanest person on the show.

I'd agree with you on that for TDI and TDA, but as the seasons went on, the challenges just keep on getting crazier and crazier, and multiple times in TDPI, he said that the challenges "probably will kill you".

2. Alejandro (everybody knows in order to stop an evil villain you need another evil villain or in this case, a villian taking on the role of an anti hero. There were other situations where this has applied: Scott getting knocked out cold by Lightning, Alejandro and the other normally evil contestants falling victim to Mal's antics, etc.)
