Does Courtney even have friends?!

Of course she does. She has Bridgette.

Well, from my analysis, not really. Duncan was her 'friend' but lookit where that got her XD
Bridgette was her friend, but it doesn't seem like she is anymore. She didn't seem phased at all when Courtney was voted off in TDI [Blank expression while everyone else was shocked]
It seems like her only friendship is with Alejandro and it's only one-sided considering Alejandro was just in the 'friendship' for manipulation, etcetera.

Well, Since Going Crazy After She Saw Duncan With Gwen And All The Things Back Home I'd Certainly Doubt It!

I hate this question......... Sorry, not insulting you but, i hate to think that Courtney doesnt have friends. Im thinking that by the 5th season she'll have friends bcuz these producers can change up the story very good to confuse us. So who knows........ ;)

Of course, BRidgett is her friend, and I'm sure now that Duncan cheated on her that gives her more friendship points with a lot of the others. Gwen was her friend, but we all know how thate ended out.

You see Courtney can get friends, she's not as crazy as you all assume she is...

Courtney has none. She is driving people away with her high strong personality...no one can tolerate it. Such a bummer.

She has Bridgette, She had Gwen but she fuckin hates her now because of Gwen kissing Duncan. I don't know if I'd call Alejandro a "friend" Of Courtney but I think they're not.

Bridgette, I'm pretty sure. She's a really nice person. Alejandro...sorta. Sierra...possibly.
I haven't really been watching much TDI or TDA lately, so maybe I'll get back to you on this later =/

Bridgette, Geoff (since he and Bridgette are together, and in the aftermaths he doesn't seem to show any hatred towards Courtney), and maybe one-sided with Alejandro.
