Mr. Baldwin is the narrator

Narrator: Trainz was filmed in High Definition before a live studio audience.
Andrew: *Enters the yards with a freight train* Not really, otherwise they would have to walk around a lot.
Audience: *Laughing*
Narrator: It was a beautiful morning. I was giving my engines their assignments for the day.
Mr. Baldwin: Alright. I got specials for Sean and Shayne.
Shayne: Alright.
Sean: Excellent.
Mr. Baldwin: A party is taking place at Nova Station. Shayne, you will bring fifteen reefers with soda, and ice. Sean, you're bringing passengers over to that party.
Sean: What kind of a party is it?
Mr. Baldwin: Business party.
Sean: Right.
Shayne: We better get going. *Leaves with Sean*
Narrator: One of my engines is a Chinese Mikado. Her name is Victoria. She was watching the two diesels leave, but she didn't seem pleased.
Mr. Baldwin: Victoria, everything okay?
Victoria: I guess I'm just a little jealous. You never assign me to any specials.
Mr. Baldwin: I'm sorry Victoria. I might have something for you, but in the meantime, I need you to pull passenger trains from Mossberg Harbor to Impala Station. You do not have to stop at Weaver Station along the way.
Victoria: Understood. *Leaves the sheds*

Episode 121: Traffic Jam

Narrator: Sean and Shayne backed down to their trains next to each other in the yards.
Yard Manager: Okay Shayne, we're almost done loading your last three cars. Sean, you're good to go.
Sean: Thank you sir. *Takes off with seven Amfleet passenger cars*
Narrator: The passengers that were heading to the party arrived by boat. They were coming from San Francisco.
Passenger 1: *Wearing a suit. He walks off the boat, with a hundred other men, also in suits*
Sean: *Arriving at the station, he sees the men waiting on the platform* I only need two coaches for that group, unless there's more passengers coming. *Stops at the platform* Your chariot.
Passenger 5: It's about time.
Sean: *Uncouples from the train*
Passenger 33: Where are you going?!
Sean: To turn around. I can't push the train to Nova. That's too dangerous.
Passenger 22: Well hurry up!
Sean: What's with those men? *Stops on the turntable*
Narrator: Not far away, Victoria was approaching the harbor with her passenger train.
Victoria: *Watching Sean's passengers get on board his train*
Narrator: She stopped next to Sean's train, just as Sean was passing by.
Sean: Hello Victoria.
Victoria: Heading to the other side of your train Sean?
Sean: Yep, and I'm getting those passengers to the party at Nova.
Victoria: *Watching Sean back up to his train* Enjoy. *Uncouples from her train, and heads to the turntable*

The yards

Shayne: *Watching his signal turn green* Am I ready to go?
Yard Manager: Yes. All of your cars are loaded. Have a good trip to Nova.
Shayne: I will sir. *Blows his horn twice* Thank you. *Pulls his train while ringing his bell*

Narrator: Meanwhile, the passengers on Sean's train were having fun, before arriving at the party.
Passenger 30: *Drinking wine with two of the other passengers*
Passenger 55: *In a different passenger car, playing Overwatch with eleven other passengers, on different TV screens*
Passenger 67: Where did this stuff even come from?
Passenger 53: Who cares? Just enjoy it. *Watches his character die* Okay, who's playing as Winston?!
Audience: *Laughing*
Sean: *Listening to the music* Sounds like they're having a good time, and the party hasn't even started.
Audience: *Laughing*

Stop the song

Narrator: Shayne was pulling his train up the hill just before Nova Station. However, one of the rails was out of alignment. Shayne passed it, and it made him go left, derailing himself, and the first two cars. He went to the left, and blocked the left track, as well as the one his train was on.
Sean: *Heading towards the hill, but he sees Shayne, and his train blocking both tracks* Uh oh. *Slows down*
Narrator: Sean stopped just in time, but the passengers were annoyed.
Passenger 64: Why have we stopped?!
Passenger 96: Get the train moving again!
Sean: What? And make the accident worse? No thank you.
Audience: *Quietly laughing*
Passenger 64: Why was there an accident?
Sean: How should I know? I didn't cause it!
Audience: *Laughing*
Passenger 63: Find a way to fix it!
Passenger 77: Quickly!
Sean: I can't do anything about it. We need to wait for a crane to arrive to get Shayne out of the way.
Narrator: When I heard about Shayne's accident, this gave me an idea.
Mr. Baldwin: I'll send someone to take over. Once she reaches Impala Station, tell her to go help out.
Narrator: I was giving Victoria Shayne's special.
Victoria: *Stops at Impala Station*
Catherine: *Stops next to Victoria* I'll be taking over for you.
Victoria: How come?
Catherine: Shayne had an accident, and Mr. Baldwin wants you to take over. Tabby & Mily are using a crane to get him on a flatcar heading for the repairs.
Victoria: Alright. *Uncouples from her passenger train, and heads for the turntable*

Back on the hill

Shayne: *Gets lowered onto a flatcar*
Worker: *Examining Shayne's wheels* The first two wheels on the right are the only ones that need to be repaired.
Tabby: Am I good to go?
Worker: Yes. *Walks back to the crane*
Tabby: *Blows her whistle as she pulls the flatcar with Shayne on it*
Mily: *Pulling the crane*
Narrator: After they left, Victoria passed Sean.
Sean: Looks like you finally got your special.
Victoria: Fifteen reefers of ice and soda, heading for a party? Yep, that sounds great.
Sean: *Passes the switch, following Victoria* Wanna race to Nova?
Victoria: You're on.

The end credits begin with Sean stopping next to Victoria's train. Once Victoria backs up to the fifteen reefers, they race down the other side to Nova Station.
