If you're asking which fairy would beat a vampire the quickest, then obviously Stella. She has powers of the sun. Poof, bye-bye batty. Flora could probably make stakes, though; considering she's close to trees. But, Stella also has a scepter so if we're going the head-cutting route, that could work too.

Stella defiantly the quickest but if it was over a slightly longer period it would probably be Flora; because i agree with lovebaltor that she could make stakes to destroy the vampires but sunshine would work faster
