The group quickly arrived at Alfea through the portal, and was greeted by Ms. Faragonda, Griselda and former teachers. They took note of the three missing members, and Flora’s bloodshot eyes. Ms. Faragonda gave her hug as Flora just let the tears flow out while in the arms of the person who was like the motherly figure in her life she never had. Soon everything was explained, and Roxy and Aaron arrived too. They were shocked when they were told what happened directly after they left. Flora told everyone she was going to head over to Red Fountain to talk to Saladin.
At Red Fountain, heroes in training walked all around as they noticed the honey haired and tanned skin girl with her arms crossed and head held down walk on campus. Some asked her why she was here, but she told them she was going to see Saladin which they asked why Professor Saladin? She ignored them after that point. She needed to be strong as she walked down the empty hall to his office. When she knocked on the door, he replied and said it’s open. She walked in and saw Saladin, Cordatorta and Helia’s parents in one room. They all greeted her before taking note of her state, and the fact Helia wasn’t with her.
Cordatorta: it’s a nice surprise to see you around here again
Saladin: What brings you here today?
Helia’s dad: and where’s Helia?
Helia’s mom: and are you okay Flora?
Flora: That’s why I’m here, Helia’s dead, and no I’m not alright.
At this point she couldn’t control the tears anymore. She cried more as she saw their shocked faces because like her, Helia was a big part of their lives too. She told the group of four everything that happened and the events leading up to his death to the very detail that he died after she said she loved him. His mom comforted her because she felt bad for her daughter-in-law, and she thought back to the moment Helia came home and told her Flora said yes, she never knew her son would have been taken away at such a young age. Her heart was breaking for the fact her own son was dead, and that to see Flora in this state. All of them were too upset to speak at this fragile moment. After an hour, everyone finally finished their crying of the loss of a grandson, a son, and a husband.
Flora said goodbye to them as she left Red Fountain. She decided she would go to the park to clear her mind. She walked down one of the paths her and Helia used to walk on all the time. With every step more memories flooded into her mind, and more tears made their way out. She walked with her held down and arms crossed as the tears flooded from her eyes, and onto the ground beneath her feet. After some time she couldn’t walk any further, she just collapsed to her knees and cried as if it was the only thing she ever knew. She pulled herself to the nearest bench, and just cried into her knees. It was two years ago today she lost her own life in a car accident, and now two years later she lost Helia. She wasn’t sure if she was excited for her 25th birthday tomorrow since the three most important people in her life had vanished. She still had the Winx who cared for her, but Flora wasn’t sure if she could feel any emotion besides sadness without them or would ever feel any other emotion. Once she felt fine to walk again, she headed back to Alfea with tears and bloodshot eyes. At Alfea Mirta’s punishment had been chosen. Mirta is going to be sent to Lightrock, and she will remain there for some time. Flora ignored her as Mirta was escorted to Lightrock. Mirta just looked at her before leaving because she never saw the nature fairy this upset before. The honey haired twenty four year old walked over to the benches by the wishing well, and just sat on them while putting her face into her hands and started sobbing even more. Her friends just looked at her, and walked over to her. Aaron puts his arms around his little sis as she cried into his chest. This time was worse. Instead of just loving one friend they lost three all in the same day and there was no hope for them to ever come back.
