So I've been meaning to write a one shot Bloom/Icy fic for a while but no ideas have come to me and also I simply haven't felt like typing it. :P But without any further delay...here it is.

In this article I'm just going to rant about what I don't understand about Bloom and why her powers are so great. If you are going to get mad at me then don't read it because it will be long.
