Okay so what is it that makes everyone love Damon and Hate Stefan? My theory: Damon is a hopeless romantic with a badass side to him who embraced the evil that is inside him. He's willing to die for the ones he loves. And is willing to do the dirty work that some (cough cough) won't do.
I personally don't like Stefan because he's a vampire who tried to deny what he is. A cold blooded killer. He was just acting the whole time in S1. I mean all these so called "Vegitarian" vampires are lame. Posted over a year ago

I feel so sorry about the Vampire Diaries and Elena's charachter. In last episode she was so like Bella from Twilight. It was pathetic...the story for little kids where people are ALWAYS HAPPY and where people always forgive each other everything because they love each other. Elena shares some very intense moments with both Salvatore brothers, including a scene where one of the brothers drops three very important words. Fans of both couples should prepare for some major angst, including Elena hurting Damon and possibly causing the return of the old Damon. We won't lie, we kind of missed him!
