There is a graphics problem and mirror flickers whenever I play the game. Anyone who encounters the glitch can help? It's totally annoying.

This glitch happened on a save file after I finished the graphics settings. No matter what, if Advanced Rendering is off or on, that glitch bitch still happens! It continued on other save files no matter what town. It is the WORST FUCKING GLITCH ever! Anybody who knows about how to fix the glitch should immediately answer this question. I need help on the glitch.
