When the two people like each other than you be one click on the other and go to purpose then it will get married or get engaded but if it says engaged then pick then they then you go back purpose then press get married
first they need to be in love then let one propose going steady then you have to do things until the other sim thinks they are irresisteple the click on the other sim and it give u choices do do stuff then click propose marriage maybe they will accept or not the if theyre engaged let one click on the other and choose have private wedding or one can make a wedding party in their home then in the wedding party click on the sim your engaged to and click 'get married'
