whre are my unknown objects?!

i downloaded something that looks lke a pool from the sims 3 exchange store and and when i went to go look for it under all the catogories in the regular in-game store and couldnt find it! i also have other stuff that went down as unknown and i want to know where to look for it!

you could have downloaded it wrong.
It may not be compatible with your game, in other words, it may need a certain expansion pack, please pay attention to description.

also, it may be in build mode, check both build and buy.

otherwise, not compatible, or downloaded wrong.
