The Sims 2 Question

Sims 2 hair or sim!

I searched randomly on internet and found this: link

That sim is posted on Spring4sims.But,i cant download sim or hair,only those wing-earrings.But i want to download sim or hair,but i dont know where to!I searched the most sites,and I dind find it.Please with no answers like: try modthesims,tsr or something.Can you guys give me a link or some site which has that hair or all sim? Please,I really,really need this. Hope you guys find what I need and help me ! :]
