The Sims 2 Question

Hey guys i need to know something really important to me.Did anyone know how can i get those pretty faces on sims 2?Are they from an expansion or you dowload them?Please i need so much to know because i have all the time those boring simple faces!!!!

the sims2.com is free but you need a membership but my dad said that modthesims.com can make your computer stop working
