4.Hold shift and click on sim
5.Then the pie-menu will appear and click "spawn", then "more", then "more" again and click on ''wishing well''
6.Then the well will appear and you can drink from it or wish for friends, romance or money!
OR (without cheats):
To get it, a Sim has to get a high score from the Garden Club.
This can be achieved by maintaining a clean garden, filled with flourishing plants and well kept shrubs/hedges etc., and by placing lights, fountains, and sculptures.
When the Garden Club members have inspected the garden, they will ask the Sim to join their elite group, and will randomly place the Wishing Well somewhere on the lot.
