that was hard because she's a bitch for doing all those things!

At that point, it's just pure masochism not to break up.

I also feel strongly about the telling David not to hire Michael thing she didn't need to say that. What a Bi*!h!

I don't think Karen was wrong for calling Pam kinda of a bitch,
it was right after beach day, any girlfriend would have said the same thing, if not worse.

chel1395 picked Making fun of Jan getting fired:
That was proof positive that Karen was not right for Jim. Pam would have felt bad for Jan, just like Jim did. Also, neither Pam nor Jim would have tried to sabtouge Michael by telling someone that it was a mistake to hire him.

Gstine picked Making fun of Jan getting fired:
Yeah, the up side is that I think that comment was her undoing. Jim at least had some compassion for Jan but when Karen acted so coldly about it, I think that's when he realized that she wasn't right for him.

"Go, hang out with your New York friends, Karen. I don't want you sitting next to me anymore."

I thought she was a bitch for calling Pam one.

Also, I think she was rather cold in the way she reacted to Jan getting fired. That was uncalled for because she was making fun of Jan while she was already down.

Does anyone else feel like Karen turned the worst right at the end? The rest of the season she wasn't that bad. I mean I wasn't a big fan of her because she's not Pam but that last episode, she was awful!

That's when I turned. I was trying to defend her and say she just liked the wrong guy but... she called Pam a bitch! SO not cool!

But yeah I think she would be really cool if she didn't like Jim and she didn't call Pam a bitch.

marissa picked Telling Jim he can't stay in Scranton:
calling pam a bitch was mean, but she was mad. we all say dumb things when we're mad, right? and its not like she said it to her face or anything. mean, but what pam doesnt know cant hurt her.

but telling jim he couldnt stay?
i mean, since when is that up to her?
i think its unfair of her to assume that pam was 'one to many', you know?
besides, its his life, not hers, right? anyways, that got to me.

all in all:
her calling pam a bitch = mean.
her telling jim he had to move = mean, controlling, and unfair of her to put him in that position.

just my two cents :)

i totally agree with marissa, I mean when she said that Pam was a bitch I was mad just like the next office fan but I think I would have done the same if I was mad. But when she said to move from Scranton thats wrong on so many controlling levels you know?

This is a very very close tie with making fun of Jan and saying that hiring Michael would be a mistake.
She's just rude and selfish.

First of all, let me just say that I really don't like Karen. She's rude and a bad girlfriend. I mean who wants "Get your work done so you can take your awesome girlfriend out!" as motivation? Plus, she's so selfish, trying to tell Jim that staying in Scranton is a bad idea is tied with.... calling Pam a B*TCH?!! Pam is the nicest person on the show and deserves Jim so much more than Karen does.

WorshipDwight picked Refusing to help Jim pull a prank on Andy:
It made me so mad when she wouldn't even help Jim pull a prank- an obvious sign that she was not right for Jim. However- in the end it worked out for the best- because Pam helped Jim pull the prank so Jim must have begun to realize who was really the best! GO PAM!!

I agree with everything you guys said, after all this I don't know how anybody could think Karen was right for Jim, she was just a bad, controlling girlfriend. I mean, sure, they had their "moments" but it seemed like she would always follow it up with some bad move afterwards.
