Oh no he's totally weird, but it seems normal in a sense because we've come to expect that from him.

He's weird and creepy, but the good thing with Howard is that he does't hide it and he doesn't try to come off as someone different. I would say though that ever since he and Bernadette got serious he has slighty become more normal and I'm not sure if I like that for the character.
