Rarely ever. For example, I like Jafar, Littlefinger, Ben and Merlin despite Ana, Sansa, Sayid and Morgana being my favorites from those shows. The only time I can remember doing this is with season 1 Emma. I liked her personality but when she started trying to take Henry away from Regina I started disliking her. But by the end of season 2, when the feud between Emma and Regina was (mostly) gone, I started liking her again.

Not all the time, but I do generally have a hard time liking any character that has really hurt my favorite(s).

It depends on the situation. If the character does something unforgivable, that might change my mind on them. But at the most, I'm usually annoyed for a couple of episodes and then I get over it.
