My favorite characters in the movies are Scorpion, Raiden, Johnny Cage, Lui Kang, Sonya Blade. 

And in the video games, Shinnok, Quan Chi, Sub-Zero, Baraka, Jade, Mileena, Sheeva. And what's yours Cynthia?

*Damn, I cannot answer in my own question.* For me, in the movie, Kitana only (I think). In the video games are Jade, Sub-Zero, Kitana, Kung Lao. :D
