Are there no other hunters in the world? Why can't any other hunter help the Winchester brothers to stop the Apocolypse? It's the end of the world after all, isn't it? Can't humanity join forces?

the hunters already blame the Winchester boys for opening the gate, and most hunters work alone...even it it is "the apocolypse" who would let the Winchester boys be in charge. Look at out of control Gordon Walker was with Sam.
