well not much really in one episode were sam and dean died and went to heaven they saw ash and pamala but ellen and jo were not there and cas can kick deans ass in the 100th episode it was cool.

Uhm, in a nutshel?

Dean and Sam got beamed out of that church where Lucifer was rising by god. Castiel was brought back to life, also, by god. Dean and Sam are both vessels for respectively Michael and Lucifer. Lucifer found a temporary vessel. The Trickster turned out to be the angel Gabriel in this awesome TV land episode. Jo and Ellen both died. Bobby's in a wheelchair but still alive(yay!). Lucifer can't be killed by the colt. We got this great flashback episode in which we got to see a young John and Mary Winchester again and in which Anna got killed by Michael who possesed John for a short while. And Dean and Sam went to heaven and talked to a guy who talks to god and told them that god doesn't really care. and that's what you missed on Supernatural.

You should really watch the entire season though it's great and way better than my top off my head description:D
