Can you recall a character/villain(who appeared only once) in a novel where he confronted to Superman.
As I remember this guy/human was a coward in his life and during his trip to Haiti or Tahiti a sorceress gave him a medallion/amulet and he got superpowers(more like a dark magic) and instead of capturing criminals he actually executed them.That wasn't appealing to Superman so they had to confront each ..needless to say this guy died Posted over a year ago
