What would happen? It's not like Other movies like Sprited Away or Princess Mononoke where the love intrests don't be together at the end, it was like a happily ever after in Howls moving castle. Don't get me wrong, I love the movie, but if they are going to make a sequel I'd say make one for Spirited Away or Princess Mononoke because we don't know if the main characters ever see eachother again...
