hey, a model should take in consideration, how much, calories, sugar, carbohydrates & fat she's taking in so, any sweets, fatty foods, junk food, i advise you to eat the following, fruits and vegatables, lean chicken, fish,these foods are low in carbohydrates and fat, they are not junk food, and when consumed in small portions low in calories, just think healthy and drink lots of water, hope i helped =)
