What happens to a Jedi who wants to leave or is expelled from the Order?

hmmmmmmmm good question. I don't think this was brought up in the movies.

in the books it says that ususally they are reassigned to different corps like agriculture, or medical etc i know thats what they do for those who are not chosen by a master and i think they also do it for those expelled
